Singapore's bustling environment fosters strong work ethic and high academic standards, but often at the expense of playfulness and simple joys. Through our Why Not? Project Campaign, WAH Studios aims to bridge this gap by promoting playful experiences for young adults. Due to the rise of high stress levels, poor mental health and the tendency to believe and compare oneself to others on social media, we believe play isn't just for children. It is a way of life to promote individual creativity and stress management while improving their overall well-being and social connections.

Through play, WAH Studios offers a unique blend of services. We research play patterns in Singapore, identifying the needs and desires of young adults. We then design playful environments through installations and experiences for spaces like MRT stations and tertiary education campuses. We aim to work with the government and organisations to help individuals and schools permanently integrate playful elements and play education into their work and lives.

Our mission is to combat the lifelong stigma surrounding play in adulthood and create a future Singapore where playful experiences are accessible and embraced while improving overall well-being of young adult Singaporeans.
