"Off The Hook" is a campaign made to promote the stop to over-fishing and the over-consumption of fish. With Singaporeans consuming large amounts of seafood in our local dishes and home cooked meals, we eat more than the global percentage. In this campaign, she potrayed solutions for the future of Singapore in the years to come, focusing on creating plant-based seafood with flavours of popular Singaporean dishes. Alongside a plant-based seafood, there will be ways to educate crowds on the dangers of these actions and communities forged to build a strong union of strong believers to help the sustainability of the world.
