Take a deep breath
PUBLICATION
'Take a deep breath' is an illustrative publication that shares the everyday life of an over thinker and what goes on in their mind. The publication will showcase two different perspectives, one from an overthinking perspective and one from a non-overthinking perspective. These two point of views will be depicted using the anaglyph effect that uses blue and red lenses. Through this publication I want to share the daily struggles of an over thinker. I want to raise more awareness and provide suggestions on how we can help the over thinkers around us. Aside from that, I also want to help people that overthinks build a healthy coping mechanism.
